The nail tech did as I asked. Was going to another salon and my nails were chipping peeling before two weeks so I decided to try I love Nails, and it's been two weeks and no chipping peeling. I'm giving four stars because the atmosphere is not real inviting. They have two TVs going with conflicting programs and they talk a lot among themselves with no conversation with me.
I got a pedicure and manicure done two weeks ago. My pedicure was ok, but they did cause my ingrown toenail to get worse plus I noticed the man doing my pedicure was doing things in a rush. I think he was done within 20 minutes of doing my pedicure. The guy who did my manicure did the same, he did my nails in a rush. He didn't even take more than 5 minutes to prep my nails, which I believed caused my nails to barely last a week. However, my nails chipped within 3 days.... what an awful lack of care and preparation. I will never go back again or recommend anyone to go there. It was a waste of time and money.
The front desk nail tech went on to shape and do my nails, until I told her it was a spec of something in my acrylic on my nail. She fixed it, had I not said anything she would of left that in my nail. She missshaped my ring finger and pretended to not see the obvious. But She fixed it. But I felt like a bother to her. The guy doing my toes must've been in training so He deserves grace. He did good. I asked for a rounded shape at my nail bed she said okay. my nail bed has no curve it's flat. I showed her a pic but not sure what happened. I have been here a few times. Given the location is so close to my home. I've been serviced by all the workers here in... read full review
