It's a haircut... I Always check the online. However, no matter how many minutes it indicates the wait will be. I always have to wait another 20 or 30 minutes. It is never accurate and does not seem to be much advantage to checking online

I had my hair cut the Saturday before I stopped in here. I went to Super Cuts near River Park, my hair was a friggin mess. I couldn't do anything with it. So, I went to Great Clips, Susie was able to cut my hair the way I wanted and fix the mess from Super Cuts. Susie is an amazing stylist, she knows what she's doing. Thank you so much for fixing my haircut, you now have me as a client.,,??

Leonore was awesome. I finally got a cutter that knew what I wanted and did it. It was depressing not being able to find someone who could do what I wanted. So, I simply gave up. But a friend of mine suggested Leonore at Great Clips...BINGO! I am so happy. She got me for life. Thank u!!!
