I don’t usually leave reviews but had to express my gratitude for this place and staff. I had to make the heart-breaking decision to walk my elderly Eddie to the end of his life. Everyone I encountered, from my initial phone call through the entire process, was compassionate and allowed me the time and space to process and grieve. Thank you all so much for your empathy and professionalism during one of the hardest moments I have ever had to walk through.
We recently had to make the devastating decision to say goodbye to our dog, Bentley, after 13 wonderful years. During such a heartbreaking time, the team at the Fresno Veterinary Specialty and Emergency was an absolute blessing. They were incredibly accommodating of our needs and cared for Bentley with the same tenderness as if he were their own.
A week after he passed, we received a sympathy card in the mail signed by the entire staff. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and meant the world to us. Had to bring our dog in after being hit by a car and we were so happy with their care. We did have a bit of a wait as expected at a ER but they were super busy and they worked hard to keep everyone moving along. From the moment we called we were met with professional and compassionate staff. Everyone was amazing. Super super clean office!!!! Thanks again for taking care of our 90lb baby Zeus!!! Highly recommend!
