I had an extremely positive experience with Fresno plumbing. 6 1/2 years after I purchased my brand new home I had a sewer backup problem. I called the builder to see if there was any warranty coverage and they referred me to the original plumber for my home, Fresno Plumbing and Heating. Fresno. Plumbing and Heating said very rarely there are pipe connection problems and they would investigate. They videoed my sewer line, discovered a flaw in the pipe connection, used their sophisticated diagnostic equipment to determine the exact location of the problem, got all the necessary permits, identified all the nearby utility lines, and took responsibility for fixing the pipe...read full review
Cant give them enough compliments. From the moment I called, I knew I was being handled. I was told by another company that I needed a new blower, but their business was so unprofessional, I wanted a second opinion. I'm so glad I did. The other company said I needed a new blower for a thousand dollars, but they never checked the inside thermostat. I called fresno plumbing and AC, and it turned out to be the thermostat. Fresno Plumbing inspected, diagnosed, replaced the thermostat and completely serviced the unit, all the same afternoon, for $260. Can't say thank you enough!
Very helpful, polite. Called made appointment, gentleman was here in time frame, told me what was wrong and fixed my problem. Not the first time using this company and more than likely not the last. Thank you Fresno Plumbing for not taking advantage of a senior citizen.
