I want to thank the FCC team and staff during my treatment. I couldn't have imagined a more comforting team as them. Anthony, my 1st day of treatment and I was full of emotions. You reassured me and hugged me and told me everything was going to be OK and you guys were going to take good care of me. I didn't realize it until that hug that It was what I needed at that moment. You're truly passionate about what you do and you embody the image of strength. Lorenzo and Rachel, thank you both for always making me laugh and allowing me to be myself. I can’t thank this location enough for being such a compassionate, understanding, and even supportive during such a hard time in our lives. My mom was a patient here, and although there was a language barrier she was cared for with such kindness. Each individual she crossed paths with made sure she understood each visit even though my mother had someone to translate they made sure she felt cared for. May it have been a hand hold, motivation, or hug the patient care was magnificent. Although, we felt our lives deteriorating under such circumstances; we gathered strength together each time we stepped into this building. On behalf of my mom: “After having my mastectomy, I still have tightness on one side from my implant. Jasmine’s treatment plan is very knowledgeable, inspirational, and hopeful. She is so compassionate at what she does. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her if you need physical therapy!”
