The service department for GMC was excellent!! Fernando was super helpful from the first phone call to the final transaction. They got the job done well and I even got a free ride home. I will be taking my car for all my service needs here from now on.

First, the actual service was great! My issue was with the processing. I had scheduled online, stating to use my reward points. Rec'd 2 confirmation emails. Day of appt, I called to change time due to previous doctor appt running late & told there was no record of the appt but okay to bring in. When my son took/picked up (I'm disabled), he was told that there was no record of using my points & therefore I had to spend $137 that I had not budgeted for on my fixed income. I save my rewards for this purpose. The emails had indicated they would be used. I was VERY unhappy!

From the general manager to the service rep, everyone tried to assist me to get my vehicle repaired as fast as possible. The service department employee went out of his way to order almost unattainable parts and did so a lot faster that normal. He kept me informed of the progress and of any issues. Each of these people did so with a human touch missing from a lot of dealers now a days. That you for making a real unfortunate incident a lot easier to deal with.
