Everyone here is amazing. I have very bad miopia, my glasses were broken and I was supposed to help drive during an interstate trip we were leaving for in less than five hours. Nowhere else would see me or they told me I'd have to buy a whole new precription to get frames and that would take weeks. I called here and spoke about my situation with a very nice and patient man who told me they were very busy but if I could come in the next fifteen minutes, they could squeeze me in. I was also given an estimate so I rushed over and dropped off my frames, leaving blind as bat. Impeccable service, fast, and professional. Took my glasses back to Target optical to repair frame warping and they didn't help ( in fact they scratched my lens !) and they scolded me for not having bought the extended warranty.
FRAMEDOCTORS completely fixed my frame in literally 60 seconds. I've been suffering for months. In disbelief that such a big stress was solved that fast.
