Floor & Decor is a hard surface flooring store offering an incredible selection and everyday low prices. The store features a wide range of quality, in-stock flooring and installation products to fit any project need. Customers can find beautiful tile, gorgeous wood, and elegant stone among the amazing products available. The store provides free design services and has a dedicated PRO services team for professionals. The staff are very friendly and amazing, with team members like Luis being highly knowledgeable and super friendly. Other staff members, such as Yvette, Jackie, and Marissa, are also commended for their friendly and helpful assistance, spending hours helping customers pick out flooring, look up information, give ideas and suggestions, and figure out square footage and pricing. The guys that work there were helpful as well and fun to joke around with. Customers can expect a great experience with kind and professional staff. The porcelain tile was amazing!
Best experience I ever had! I was helped by Fabian who went above and beyond. He was amazing I got beautiful high quality flooring for a great price. I never expected to be treated like royalty here. I will be back soon for my bathroom remodel. :)
A HUGE THANK YOU to your store and the wonderful people you employe. I had to make a few trips for a last minute bathroom remodel which turned into a little more every time I had to return….needed to add a hallway in to the remodel too. I was welcomed and helped by the most gracious Joe. He took nearly an hour to help me look at ALL of the flooring options. He wasn’t afraid to give me his opinions and I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and patience he gave me. And the real heartwarming piece…he had remembered me from previous trips…and he still wanted to help me!🤣

Pete, Trish, and Lena were beyond helpful in making sure we could get all the tile pieces needed for our project. If you are looking around for any flooring needs visit the Fresno shop! We visited the shop multiple times and each time every employee we encountered were so helpful!
