I initially called to inquire on what, if any, documentation I would need to take with me on my planned visit to their office to purchase renters insurance. However, Michael Trevarrow, the agent who took my call, gave me peace of mind by ensuring my family's belongings during that phone call. He surprised me positively with his high level of efficiency and knowledge. Not once during our conversation did I feel pressured, rushed, or confused. My sister, who had previously visited the office for the same reason, had pre-warned me on how friendly and professional her agent was. Sure enough! Michael was the same way with me. The entire process took under 15 minutes. I most definitely recommend this insurance office. Call or visit them. Either way, you too will be amazed.

I love Terry! He takes care of our business's insurance and Workers Comp. I feel good knowing I am backed by Farmer's but with Terry there is an extra layer of service that makes me feel safer. He really knows his industry and is straight forward. Their service is so great that I feel like I'm their only customer.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Terry, himself is great! He really takes the time to sit down with his clients and fully explain all aspects of your insurance needs. I would definitely recommend his Agency to others.
