Ricardo is the individual who came out and checked out my system. Found the problem and explained what was needed to fix the problem. He also washed my solar panels and did a great job. Technician was great, thorough, and professional. Follow up repair cost ridiculous, choose another company for repair. Quoted 1400 by Energyaid. Received quote from competitor for 350.

The technician Edward Rider was so knowledgeable he spotted a major problem within a minute of showing up. He checked out everything from solar panels to battery to circuit breaker box; from production to consumption. He was very thorough and professional.
