I’m so sorry to hear your experience didn’t go as you wanted it. With electrolysis you have to be patient. I'm about to close the three year mark going to electrolysis Away. I had an amazing experience and electrolysis is really life changing. I'm almost done. I understand what you're saying about the heat but if it’s too high it can burn or damage your skin. She has to be very careful because heat can cause irritation and scarring to the skin. Everyone’s hair growth and pace is different when it comes to electrolysis. Some people finish the treatment earlier than others. It all depends on if you have coarse or thin hair. I hope this helps.
