Extremely detailed inspection with a great system of reporting. Eric took his time and was very meticulous in his inspection ensuring nothing was missed. We were present during the inspection but it wasn't necessary since he took us through all of the findings after the inspection as well. We feel more comfortable and educated regarding the purchase of the house he inspected and appreciated personable approach
Eric was very nice and professional. I loved that he was available for my inspection right away and the report was ready the same day even though it was a Saturday. I truly liked how detailed the report was with photos and video. Great service!
I appreciate the professionalism exhibited. Punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, did I say professional? They did not let the rain deter them from doing their job safely and effectively. I would highly recommend them.
