I'm giving one star because I've been trying to make an appointment for about 2 years to do my eye exam I've been going here since I was 5 years old the office should be open by now no remodel work takes 2 years to complete

I've had a scheduled appointment for months for may 25th, I arrived to find their office closed the 24th-31st without notifying me and other people as a few other people showed up to see it closed as well. Calling the other office did not help as they are not connected. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and money as I've had to take 2 days off of work to travel back to fresno for this.

After 6 months my lenses are so scratched it's like I'm in a fog. Horrible Cheap material and the glass cloth they give you is all I ever used to clean them. Do not waste your money, I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB and the city, I spent 400 dollars on these glasses now there worthless. So before you think about going to these rip-off artists look around 🤔 Jesse Hannemann
