Dan surprised the heck out of me. After he called me back, told me what to look for which essentially was a 5 minute fix once I found the module to reset my slides that were stuck out. I couldn't drive anywhere! He SAVED me big time! Money and time that I didn't have. He was in the area, called, stopped by and fixed it on the spot! Great service man! First time RV owner and first time needing service. Glad I met him. I was going to be charged almost $400 just to have a guy show up! Run diagnostics?? Dan's service & prices are great. He's been maintaining my RV since I bought it less than a year ago. Any problems & he's there to help. He's repaired my furnace, installed a new microwave and recently came out to service my air conditioner that was leaking water down the side of my trailer. (found a wasp nest in the a/c, too). He always thoroughly explains the issues & he charges a very fair price. I know he's busy but he finds time for me since this is my first RV and I'm a novice. He's helped so much in sharing his knowledge of how to upkeep my trailer & I'm forever grateful. Thanks Dan:)

Dan is the man! We were dead in the water per say when my Momentum’s front jacks and leveling system stopped working. Dan came over and diagnosed it in under 5 min. Super easy going and fair pricing.
The one thing that stood out of many was when I initially called him, he took me step by step to diagnose the issue over the phone in case it was something minor. This shows great service as he was helping a stranger trouble shoot at no cost. He came out the very next day and had us back on the road in no time.
