Jim S. and the folks at CSI has been our choice of Pest Control for 15+ years now since they have first opened. We are very grateful for the personal touch they provide in all they do. They have very consistently taken care of the standard pest like ants, spiders, and other household bugs in that time. Further they took on more unusual pests like rats in our attic, other rodents, and more recently bed bugs that we got during recent travels, something that is becoming more common sadly. In every case, CSI offered the most effective solution possible at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend them for all your pest control needs.

Ronnie came out to our property in Dunlap (about 50 minutes east of Fresno on highway 180) to help us with a carpenter bee infestation in a gazebo. We were hosting a wedding on the property and it was important that the gazebo, where we were serving a buffet, be relatively free of bees. Ronnie was responsive and kind to travel that far. He even came for a second treatment at no expense, which was well beyond the call of duty. Jennifer at the main office was extremely helpful, too. Outstanding service. A+
