Very knowledgeable and did great with my very skiddish new pup. Took a few visits for me to feel comfortable with the vet and asst. can seem a little rigid toward the owners (at first)but they do really love and care about animals. I trust them with my baby.

dr hagus is the most awesome vet EVER... love her "bedside manner", incredible knowledge, outstanding diagnostic skills... i think she channels sherlock holmes sometimes... she's amazing velen is always efficient with accommodating any scheduling issues... she is knowledgeable, helpful and hands on with care together are an amazing team delivering consistent quality care for my 3 household pets

Dr. Hagus and Velen have cared for our cats and dogs for 30+ years. She is extraordinarily talented at assessing the problem and explaining the p lan to our family.We have entrusted our precious animals to her good care and can’t thank her enough for her caring and her expertise.
