Raul isn’t professional at all. Would imagine he would be better at what he does with as many years he’s been in the business. Don’t bother with this place, its a waste of time. Should have stayed away myself after seeing multiple bad reviews specifically mentioning Raul and bad experiences people have had dealing with him.
We rented a house from this company back in 2019-2020. When we moved in, Raul, the property manager had told us that he made sure the place was clean and “move-in ready”. This was not the case.The home was in really bad condition, we had to mop the floor multiple times when we moved in because the water kept coming out dirty.The trash bins were overflowing and we had to wait an entire week for the pick up truck to come and take it because they forgot to put it out in the front.Even the inside of the refrigerator was disgusting and full of mold.When we moved out, we cleaned the place even better than when we moved in. I hired Raul as my property manager and have been disappointed throughout the process. He was quite unprofessional in many ways. When he was hired to manage my apartment complex, he never had my tenants sign a new lease. One tenant was not paying full rent, so he decided to contact section 8 to cancel her payments without my approval. I'm now stuck with a tenant who hasn't been paying any rent for 5 months. Not to mention he was quite rude while working with him. I would say please do not hire him.
