They are so Amazing!! Juanita is my favorite because of how nice and sweet she has always been to me & values my family. Usually you get grumpy workers that make you feel discouraged to keep going. But not Her, she is so Amazing and motivating. Also the front receptionist. She's always so sweet! Thank you guys for this program & for having great staff.

Haven’t had a good experience with these people yet. They don’t process paperwork in a timely manner. They present all these extra options for you to be able to turn in your paperwork and then tell you they can’t accept it. Haven’t been helpful at all. Had to request a different worker twice because they never get the job done. Always having to speak to a supervisor etc. Terrible when you need childcare and they take MONTHS to process anything. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I've had nothing but great experience with everyone here! They are always so helpful And get back to me quickly. I'm working on becoming a licensed provider so I'm very grateful to have their complete support!
