To start off I was very excited to start my hair laser journey at this location . I’ve been doing my research and seeing reviews . This facility caught my eye . I had high expectations . However , my expectations slowly started to become disappointment . I had a scheduled appointment . I had called prior a week or so to confirm my schedule . We (me and the lady in the front desk) confirmed my appointment that same day . I live 30 min away from Fresno . Once I got to the facility and walked in on my scheduled appointment.
