I had a fantastic experience today at Browshapes! Roop shaped my eyebrows and they came out beautifully. I was super nervous walking in since it had been a really long time, but her sweet voice and funny comments immediately calmed my nerves and put me at ease. I am so happy with the results—she did an amazing job! Highly recommend Roop if you're looking for someone skilled and friendly.
