No communication! We got approved for their loan and told a start date that they moved due to weather several times and than stopped communicating. Alex won't respond to any of our text or calls for nearly 2 months. If they can't do the job why not just say it. We don't feel comfortable giving our information to a company with false promises and than disappears. It almost sounds like fraud! Now we have to really monitor our credit!

Alex and Niko took $1500.00 from our selves they placed tarps on our roof and 15 days later the tarps were blown Ed off by winds and asked to have our money back as they didn't complied with regulations and not installed the tarps correctly, so an engineer from insurance said that's not at all installed properly, now Wright world LLC were supposed to send us back our money, now they are not answering phone calls nore have sent us our promised refund money Alex is a big liar as he said he sent us a check to our home and never did he said he was going to look into it never did now he's not answering phone calls and not send us our money I will take this... read full review

We had solar installed after being convinced by the salesperson, Clayton Wetington, with Bright World, that we would get tax rebate bringing our payments down. We never got the rebate so our payments went up. Meanwhile we also provided him with other customers because he convinced us we would also get a cash incentive which we never got. We also had solar put on our 2nd home during this time. We never got a tax rebate for that one either. The installers, Kore Energy/Kuubix Energy damaged the roof on our 2nd home & there are screws coming through our patio roof of our primary home. They promised to repair the damage but have not. We complained from the day of installation... read full review
