I recently hired a new pool service (NOT BENCHMARK) and was paying them $130 a month. At the middle of the second month of service my pool started turning green and within 2 weeks it looked worse than a swamp. Needless to say I have cancelled service with the previous pool company. With the help of Benchmark I have been able to bring it back to crystal clear! I couldn’t have done it without the kind and helpful assistance of Sandy and John! They really know what they are doing! I plan to care for my pool going forward and was offered guidance and knowledge from Benchmark at no cost! I won’t be going anywhere else for my pool needs! If you own a pool in the Fresno area, I highly recommend Benchmark Pool Supply. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and actually takes the time to help you troubleshoot problems instead of just trying to sell you something. I came in looking for a specific part they didn’t currently have in stock, and instead of brushing me off, they helped me track down exactly what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. That level of customer service is rare these days.
They also tested my pool water and sold me only what I actually needed — no upselling, just honest advice. Thanks to their help, my DIY pool project came out looking amazing!
