We wanted to find a HVAC service company that was familiar with and knew how to clean an American Standard AccuClean whole filter. It was installed by Marthedal AC with our new HVAC system in 2019. Unfortunately, Marthedal went out of business in 2021 and was bought by Lee's and we have struggled since to find a company. We tried Lee's for a couple year but weren't thoroughly happy with them either. They too did not know how to clean our filter. So many other companies also had no idea what the filter was and how to clean it. I want to give a shoutout to the excellent service provided by the technicians who checked on my home this year. I purchased a twice-a-year HVAC check-up service agreement, and it has been well worth the money. Last spring, Balance Comfort sent out an outstanding female technician (apologies, I don't remember her name), and today, Cristian came to inspect my heater. Both were young, highly knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. They each spent about an hour ensuring my system was running smoothly. I highly recommend Balance Comfort for their professionalism and quality service!
