This company is unreliable, and will laugh at your situation.They agreed to deliver oxygen the next morning due to extreme circumstances. After waiting in the morning the delivery driver told us he decided on his own to wait until after work to deliver the tank. The supervisor made a decision while the delivery driver decided another. After expressing our concern he still decides on his own time is best. The call was transferred to the office where the insurance lady decided to laugh at my brother who has down syndrome and is struggling to breathe properly on his own.After some time the delivery driver calls us back and acts like he is going to deliver the tank to us...read full review

Waited over a month for my brothers wheelchair, contacted this company multiple times got the run around about them "getting on it" 40 days later now its finally being processed at the expense of my brothers health... If your insurance will let you go anywhere else DO SO!
