Needed to pull tools and equipment our of a work vehicle involved in a crash. Fast and friendly service and even allowed me to pull my car in to make it easier to transfer. Sucks it was raining, but that's not their fault lol.

My new Toyota was totaled and sent here. The driver picked up all my belongings that were scattered about at the accident scene and put them in my truck. When we went to their facility to retrieve my belongings they couldn't have been nicer. I know we don't have control of where our vehicles get towed but I hope you get to experience what I did. I have had to call and ask a few questions after the fact and all of the employees have been outstanding. Great job guys keep up the good work. Hopefully I never have to see you again if you know what I mean, but if I do I'm sure my experience will be just as stellar. Welcome to the elite 5 star club.

I don't own a car, but ride my bike to work, & pass by Ark often. Their man Jason fixed my bike rim and wouldn't accept cash, enabling me to travel to work!
Integrity in a business is rare, kudos ARK Towing... you have a good man!!!
