I have been a customer of ICS for over 8 years. Last year we bought a new telephone system from ICS and the experience was nightmarish! The integration with MC Dynamics took much longer to set and still does not operate as promised. The call recording system failed time after time, and when we called to get service we were put on hold over a billing dispute. Never again.
