Mark came to our house 3 hours late to our appointment(10pm) and requested payment before he was finished. Because he was a "friend" i agreed. He has yet to return to fix his work and does not call or return texts... terrible experience and I hope that this business fails.

My boyfriend hired this company to come clean our marble floors in our home. Besides them showing up late, requesting payment before we were able to see the results, leaving and coming back half way in between the job because their machine broke, they did not clean our floors at all. My boyfriend and I saw when the solution was poured down and the before and after look no different. There was still dirt and grime on the floor. We payed them via Zelle transfer and had to contact our bank to explain that the company is fraudulent and didn't provide us with the service they promised. This company is not to be trusted.

Spoke with Mark and he was very pleasant, he worked around my schedule to come clean carpets in a 3 bedroom when I had to be out of apts at a specific time/date. Did a great job and was very fast but thorough. Would definitely recommend.
