James charged $1,800 to fix one tile and review/repair gutters where needed. He fixed the tile and didn't touch the gutters - although they needed major repairs in places. James said he'd be back to fix the gutters. Ten phone calls later, James told me he'd be back to fix the gutters. Nothing. Well, not nothing... I'm out $1,800. Looks like other Yelp reviews share my pain.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The made repairs to our roof a few years back. The repairs still leaked. Then James told me I needed to replace my skylights. We did that and the same leaks persisted. I have had to have them come out every year to "fix" the same leak. It's still not fixed. My 6 year guarantee has finally run out and I still have the same leaks I had when they came out the first time. If the previous owners hadn't paid for the repairs I'd be taking them to court.

James Jeff was timely and very explanatory regarding the roof repair. He showed me pictures of the affected area and described in verbal and written form what was to take place to repair the tile roof. While repair was in progress pictures were taken and texted to me to demonstrate the quality of the work being accomplished. Took an extra week to obtain the needed replacement tiles but job was completed and looks good. Worked well with my tenants during repair. Highly recommend.
