I called and spoke to Juan and placed my order via phone and text. I sent him a photo of something I liked for a funeral. They made exactly what I wanted, the delivery was on time, delivered graveside and the price was right. I highly recommend Alejandra's flowers.

Beyond Exceptional Service and Quality. I live out of state and needed flowers sent as soon as reasonably possible for the passing of a mother/grandmother. I contacted Alejandra's flowers on a Sunday and they were willing to help. No one delivers on Sundays - not even 1800flowers. The gentleman whom took my call wasn't even at the shop and went to the shop to send me photos and was even willing to create an arrangement for me! Going the extra mile, which they didn't have to do, they even delivered to a small town outside of their normal delivery zone. I cannot express the size, quality and service that I received.
