I just want to share that last year. Our AC unit went out in the middle OF SUMMER Heat wave of a hundred and plus degree days in july of 2024! Bill was amazing at coming by and letting us know what the issue was along with multiple optionsto repair or replace it. Our houses unit was 20+ years old so we choose to just replace it. He got rid of our old unit and also installed the new one with no issue at all. We were so pleased with his work and communication through out all of the process. I highly recommend his services. We purchased a new heat/ac unit for our house in 2022. Bill gave us quick professional and friendly service at the lowest price of all the bids. Today we gave him a call because our ac unit was not cooling. He responded immediately to our text. Was at our door in 45 minutes and had us back up and cooling an hour later. All at no charge. I have had to have my Air Conditioner serviced and repaired by Advanced Air, and I can honestly say, that even though my air conditioner was giving them a ton of trouble after repairing almost everything on it, they would not give up on it. They are hard working and respectful people that want you to be happy in the end. I would recommend this company to do all your heating and air repairs, they are top notch!
