Today my husband and had my first visit and it was absolutely wonderful. He had the full body and I had the chair massage which was so well done, I had a lot of knots due to stress. I was in tears from truly releasing my stress and anxiety, and the gentleman masseuse asked me if I was OK and I answered yes thank you which I thought was just so kind and caring. They care about healing the body, the mind and soul as a whole, which I appreciated. I recommend this place.

I absolutely love getting massages, and AAA is my go-to. I think prices are about the same as other competitors. When you walk in, you just sign in on the clipboard at the front. Massage pressure ranges from 1-7 (I'm a little on the smaller side and opt for a 4). My boyfriend always gets a 7 and they do walk up and down your back which is pretty cool! Some days he's sore after, but it really depends. If it's your first time, I wouldn't go all out. Massages here focus more on back than arms and legs--at least for 20 and 30 minute sessions.
