Extremely strange and disappointing experience. Was very helpful at first and educated us on rodents. They started strong, and then never finished, and even stranger they never asked for the money owed. Robin would tell us she would be there Tuesday morning week after week with no show and a very creative myriad of reasons why. Strong start and very strange lack of finish and complete end of communication. Robin was always very nice and reliable seeming when we were face to face, she seemed to know what she was talking about, but then was extremely flaky and irratic.
