We have a home warranty and 88 Mechanical has serviced our home many times. Most recently our refrigerator went out. 88 Mechanical came to our rescue once again. Their service is outstanding. They are very very good to stay in contact with you along the way. Mike and John are both great to work with. I like that they will message you, and I was able to open the garage door for John to get inside and look at the refrigerator. You will not be disappointed with their service.

My home warranty service assigned them to repair my refrigerator. After the initial inspection, they determined the part needed to correct the problem. once the part arrived I scheduled the repair appointment. The tech arrived in a timely manner. They got the part installed quickly and took the effort to make sure the unit was working properly before having me sign the closing paperwork. The business does all of it's scheduling via text and they don't always announce who they are when texting. I found that unusual and almost didn't respond to their messages. Had my Fall Heater Service done yesterday. John and Moses were here and did a great job. I would give them a 10 plus Want them back in Spring to do my Air conditioning service.knowledgeable and helpful.
