In the emergency department, personnel work diligently to assist a high volume of patients, remaining pleasant and respectful despite the chaos. However, wait times may be lengthy. The hospital provides great care, especially for trauma patients, with ICU nurses working very hard and caring deeply for patients. The staff in Radiology and Mammograms, along with Dr. Scale, Dr. Kim, and Michelle in registration, are considered some of the best medical professionals, always doing their best despite industry challenges and insurance issues. This is a place to go if something is life-threatening and immediate help is needed, as they truly go above and beyond. However, for minor illnesses like the sniffles, it might be better to call your mom, since wait times can be very long.
