Just a heads up. If you have health net you can file a grievance if you have any problems. They are very helpful. I'm in the process of a grievance for the clinics and now it's a hospital issue so I'll be calling back again. Constantly getting the runaround. Clinic issues, and emergency dept issues. Over crowded waiting areas,dirty flooors,blood on chairs. Pretty sad. Left the hospital and was back again for another problem but no doctors available to check you. This is mostly a training facility for RN's. And Doctors. I'll be going elsewhere soon. Out of county or out of state. Just need some real doctors.
PACU staff and Dr Dewbak are the absolute best! My son had orthopedic surgery they treated him very well despite him not having insurance. Very impressed thank you Dr Dewbak and nursing you all Rock!!
Emergency Care: The personnel there were super busy (expected) and didn't have a lot of time for idle chit-chat. All were pleasant, did there job to assist as many people as possible. At no time was anyone rude or not caring. I don't think I would be as gracious (they put up with a lot). The only negative was the wait. I would say in their defence they have a lot on their plates. That is a tough gig.
