I'm a Bay Area veteran but recently moved to the Central Valley last year. This was my first time going to the Stockton clinic (still at their old location) and it was great. It be never met such lively and fun staff before at a VA. Everyone was fun, telling jokes, and so kind. Each person was so helpful and answered all my questions about transferring over to their clinic from the Bay Area. I'm looking forward to their new location opening. It looks so nice.

the lab here is so unorganized. I came in and pulled a number to wait in line. it was almost half an hour before any employee acknowledged me but she initially ignored me and went straight to a man that got there way after me too to help him even tho he pulled the wait number after me. I politely told her that I was waiting as well. She still got him in and helped him before me. it was over an hour before I was even helped and I only saw them help one person within that time. there were several employees in the Lab helping no one and several patients waiting in the lobby when I left. Came in and was met by a very rude person up front. I didn't get his name, but he was an African American guy. Just completely rude from the start. Someone needs to teach him some proper etiquette. However, the lady to the end was very nice and actually sounded like she wanted to be there. To the rude guy, please learn to be respectful and understand you're dealing with veterans who have put their lives on the line.
