We Care - Physical Therapy

This review isn't for the physical therapists because even though I had an appointment this morning at 9:30 am, to which I showed up for, I wasn't able to be seen. The receptionist in there said she didn't have an appointment for me, nor did she have any referral and proceeded to quiz me about what number I called, when did I call it, and why don't I have my referral. And when I couldn't come up with the answers fast enough, because I had to look in my phone, she says it's a simple question. I said I wouldn't have woken up early to drive 30 minutes down here before work if I wasn't told I had an appointment. Needless to say, no professionalism and she definitely doesn't put the "care" in We Care Physical Therapy.

The staff is very pleasing and knowledgeable on what sort of therapy you are to get. They have very good follow up for appointments . They treat the patients with respect and friendliness.

This was my first time having physical therapy and Madurai was so understanding and comforting to me. Charlene always has the best attitude. These ladies are such an amazing team and idk how I could have done pt anywhere else! Very professional yet personable!! I’m happy I got better fast but I’m sad I don’t get to visit you guys any more!!!! Please this team is amazing you have to come here! Btw covid protocols are amazing here I felt nothing but safe the whole time we’ve had together!
