Be wary of giving your MyChart credentials to this scam company if you sign into the site to pay when they send you a “bill.” They will use your MyChart information to know what procedures you have and when to “bill” you.

I also recieved a text message for paying $$$ but my insurance has processed them all and I don’t see any balance I owe. Because I have already finished my out of pocket for the year.

They defraud individuals by claiming they owe money for medical expenses; they even sent me a letter claiming I owe a specific amount. My insurance company informed me that their claims were fraudulent and false. Don’t fall for their scam
