The whole places runs fairly seamlessly, and I've never had to wait more than a minute or two in line at reception, if at all. Checking in/out, or picking up meds is so quick and easy! All of the staff have been attentive and friendly.

They really take great care of your animals My 9:00 a.m. appointment I had already been seen and helped and finished by 9:25. Unfortunately it was 9:45 almost 9:50 by the time they got the flea medication together and I was able to leave.

We live across the bay and come here because of the quality of care and great staff. Our elderly dog received a TPLO and my mid aged dog got a teeth cleaning with 3 extractions.
The team and doctors are very thorough with follow up and after care instructions. When we have questions they are prompt and clear.
