Exceptional service and incredible attention to detail!
It is so hard to find a tailor and dry cleaner you can completely trust with special garments, but Archana is simply the best. I willingly drive out from Menlo Park to see her because her work is worth every mile.
She did a phenomenal job altering lehengas for both of my young daughters and myself, making sure every piece fit us comfortably and beautifully. She also altered formal Western ball gowns with the exact same level of care and precision. Finding a dry cleaner who can safely handle delicate, intricately detailed clothing is tough, but everything comes back looking immaculate.

Huge shout out to the owners. They are true embodiment of local business.

I needed an urgent last minute alteration and was calling everyone on Friday evening. The owner asked me to come over and he will give a shot at 6 pm of Friday. Mind you they were officially closed.
He was worried that I won't find anyone at that hour so he wanted to help me out. He tried for over 30 minutes to find a solution, even when his kids were waiting for him.
In the end he asked his wife to take a break from her job and help me out. Which she did.
On top of that they didn't charged me any express fees or any special charges, just basic fees.

I had a lehanga and blouse for an important event, found them in the last minute and they did an exceptional job with dry cleaning and alteration of the blouse. Archana ji was very skilled at altering my fully embroidered zip blouse within a day and they were very nice and professional as well.
