Depends on whose opinion you want to read about this (chain) store. The middle-aged guy sees a lot of overpriced merchandise, the wife of the middle-aged guy says that Ulta is overpriced and the service is just "OK" but she likes the selection, and the 16 year old daughter of the middle-aged guy used to like shopping at Ulta but is now "so over that" and has moved on to the currently preferred beauty store within her peer demographic.

I got a keratin treatment last Sunday! Spent almost $300 for it but now less than a week, my hair is as bad as it was before the treatment. Its frizzy in 6 days. I used the recommended shampo and conditioner. Washed it only once since the treatment was done that too 5 days after the treatment. They promised 6 months but it only lasted 6 days. It looked smooth on the day I got it because they used flat iron and blow drying but after the wash it's back to being frizzy !!!!

One of the worst Ulta's I've ever been to regarding customer service. I was in there for about 15 minutes and the two girls in front (I believe one was the manager) we're just talking and not even paying attention to any customers that came in. Then another girl was talking to her boyfriend on the floor. I had to hound down an employee for something I was looking for. I hate that this is the closest one to me, I'll Probably just buy online from now on.
