I suffered with heel pain. Tried everything and nothing worked. I went to John and he used massage and the Rossiter stretching method and I finally found relief! This is more than just massage therapy. Rossiter is a 2 person stretching method. John applies pressure while you stretch. This stimulates blood flow to the affected area. It really does help. It’s nice to walk again and be pain free.

John has been wonderful. I had a frozen shoulder in one shoulder, and then, about six months later, in the other shoulder as well. My mobility was so limited I couldn't even put on a jacket without assistance and the pain so constant that I would have to sleep in an upright position. Frozen shoulder can take months if not years to work itself out. John was honest in his assessment, and didn't promise a miraculous cure, but my sessions with him have helped tremendously. I have more mobility and can sleep at night thanks to John.

As we went through some of the movements, he shared with me why we we're doing what we were doing. It's a 2 way street, especially since the patient is the one who can do the internal feeling. As someone who's practiced yoga and knows the value of knowing/learning one's body, no bodies are the same. The educational and talking through...read full review

From Strategic Bodywork Solutions

Strategic Bodywork Solutions advance two person stretch that puts space back into the connective tissue. The techniques are very simple, the coach or practitioner place their foot onto the client or PIC, person in charge. Once the foot is applied to an area of pain or restriction, weight is given to that area until the PIC says stop. Then the coach asks for specific movement from the PIC. The stretch is done for 15 to 20 seconds and may be repeated in different areas.
