This review is specifically for facial. My facial experience here wasn't the best. The prices are decent but the lady who did my facial could have done a better job. She left the steamer on my face and left the room and didn't show up for 10-12 minutes. I think that much heat could harm the skin. Also, in the blackhead removal process she just moved the equipment around my face without even extracting anything. Also all this time she used gloves to give me massage which isn't always the great feeling. My overall experience at Shiva has been exemplary be it simple eyebrows, waxing, Heena application, haircut or even facial. They excel at whatever they cater to. Getting an appointment is quite simple and the services offered are best in class. Both the owners are so welcoming and friendly that you immediately feel at home. And I’m so glad that they are able to exceed expectations for not just me, but for our 3 generations - me, my Mom and my daughter. I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded here many times. Sometimes my brows would turn out nice and other times they would make it too thin and overarch them, even though I tell them not to arch them.
