I have been seeing Rita for years. She is very flexible with scheduling appointments, even on short notice. In person, she is attentive to areas on which I want her to work, and she is generous with the time she gives her clients. She never rushes me, and she is a sweet person to talk to in general.

This review is waaaay passed due! I've been having a problem with unwanted hair since my teenage years and tried everything in the market (waxing, threading, plucking, and even expensive Laser Hair Removal treatments). Unfortunately the problem was never resolved. An esthetician recommended electrolysis to me stating that it's a slow but very effective treatment. I said why not! I found Ms. Rita online and loved her. I used to go Ms. Rita every two weeks, and a little after year now l've been going in once in 3 weeks. I used to go to Rita's regularly, every 3 weeks for over an year. She did a really good job...very professional. Electrolysis in general worked for me for controlling the nearing-40 unwanted growth spurts (ahem). It does hurt... there's no lying about it. But different from threading or waxing. It's more localized. But...you get used to it just like you get used to threading or waxing. And Rita eases you into it the first time and knows her machine and technique very well.
