At the very beginning, we were in the multiple-offers situation competing with other buyers. Leo uses his outstanding negotiating skills help us secure the contact with the price even lower than appraised value. However, the Covid 19 pandemic, SIP creates a lot of problems and makes the transaction more complicated. Our previous lender was not able to fund, but Leo immediately find us a backup lender and successfully request an long extension of closing from the sellers. Monica was very helpful during the entire process. She was always available for questions and responded in a timely matter. She also provided great guidance and direction on what we had to do as first time home buyers. Monica was also able to negotiate with the seller and knocking the price down. She was also able to convince the seller to accept our offer compare to other offers.
