Pro-Craft are a top notch firm! An excellent company all around, can't recommend them highly enough. We had a rotted door frame that left our front door unusable, and reached out to ProCraft for help and we could not be more pleased! Mike Yin was our excellent 'intake' contact and handled the estimate with fantastic professionalism and transparency - and that ethic is clearly threaded throughout the company. Once work began, the repair staff were efficient, professional and thorough throughout the process. Very polite, and went the extra mile to restore all involved areas to better than new condition. We moved to a new office and hired PCB to wall-mount new TVs and to bring a roughly 10-foot cabinet section, including the granite top from the old office to the new one. The work was good-quality and clean. The cabinet specifically was moved intact, impressive considering the large granite top. Would recommend and/or use them again!

From the time of our first meeting through the final walk through on the completion of the Mitigation Phase of our water damage claim everyone has been courteous and Professional.Scott Caro was our Project Manager and Anthony Brabago was the on-site Manager.Both we’re excellent to work with. They promptly returned our calls and answered our questions.I was impressed with the thoroughness of their inspection of the water damaged areas to insure that we were good-to-gowith the Reconstruction Phase of our claim.Doug Pierce
