Highly recommend this salon. I came here many years ago.Connie, which I haven't seen in YEARS actually remembered my name after all this time!! She did an amazing job on my full set.Salon is very clean and well organized.I am so happy I came back to this salon. And looking forward to my next visit. I moved to Fremont in January of this year and since then, I have tested every nail salon in the Warm Springs vicinity and Prime Nails is the best BY FAR! They are the whole package - great customer service and great nail service. And the best part is that everyone who works here is so great! Today I had Vi for my manicure and Yen for my pedi, they did an unbelievably good job! I've definitely found my nail place!

This is in response to the “Blessed” review.Dear Blessed you left a poor review because you were not happy with the Fact that the salon could not accommodate you. The manicurist had appointments scheduled and you were a “walk in”. You felt that the salon did not want your business. The salon already had appointments and while you were complaining the appointments came in.Leaving a poor review is childish and honesty just mean.
