“I've been a patient of Dr. Bell's for many years. He has only recommended surgery one time and it was a minor procedure. Apart from that, he suggests PT or ice/heat and rest. He has treated my husband for various knee issues and he never suggested surgery. A friend had a shoulder fixed by Dr. Bell and she is quite happy.
