UPDATE LOCATION 9/22/23:Rose moved to 40919 Fremont Blvd #16 Fremont, CA 94538. Sun Mei's Beauty Salon. Still wonderful!!Rose is the best! She is quick, does a great job, and is the best price! She is great with my family. She does fantastic perms!

I've been coming to Rose for 28 years. Yes, 28 years!!! I remember my first haircut when I was 6 years old, and I've been coming back ever since. I remember when the haircuts were $6, then $7, then $10, now currently $15. Unfortunately that building has a new owner and almost doubled her rent which means she had to raise her prices. No matter the price, going to rose is always worth it. She gives quick haircuts without a lot of hassle. You sit down, she puts the drape over you and just cuts. I've been going so long I no longer have to explain what I want. If you're new, you'll have to explain a bit. The cut usually lasts 10 min or so.
