Pediatrics: Fremont Center: Palo Alto Medical Foundation

I am very content with my urgent care visit here this Saturday morning. My son needed to be seen for a cough and we were in and out within 2 hours without an appt. If you already have an account established, you can make an appt same day which is nice. Every staff member was nice and knowledgeable. Radiology and lab are readily available if needed. The waiting room is pretty big with good vending machines. Thank you Dr Baffoe - Bonnie for your attentiveness and bedside manner. I would happily come back here for urgent care needs.

My experience going on a Saturday morning: 1) Reasonable wait time: Upon check in, I was informed the wait time is 90 minutes. In fact I was done and out the door in less than an hour 2) Great doctor: Dr. Kylie Huang was quick with her diagnosis, helpful with her treatment, and patient answering my questions. I felt comfortable and supported. 3) Billing confusion: I didn't present my insurance when checking in, so I was charged out of pocket. However, when I had the insurance info later, I was charged even more. Their explanation was that the out-of-pocket fee was a first payment. Got a new primary care doctor here. She is nice and caring. Also did a surgery here at the Orthopedics. The doctor did a great job. He is very professional, considerate and patient. Everything is going smoothly and I'm happy to come here.
