I had been a client for about one year, but during year two there was a significant issue that came up - which I spoke to Bernadette about, but nothing was ever resolved. IF you choose to be a client beware of Diane who may be an excellent RN / Aesthetician - except when treating me. I purchased Botox and fillers. My first appointment with Diane was fantastic and so were the results. But, my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th visits, well Diane puts me in a chair facing away from the tray with my purchases, and proceeds to open the "new packages" behind me (where I couldn't see what she was doing). Diane is my go-to gal. I've been a patient of Fremont Plastic Surgery for well over 20 years with Dr. Okamoto. I had liposuction and breast implants done and my results are fantastic and have still lasted after 20 years. I recently had lip filler, cheeks filler, and Botox performed by Diane. All I can say is wow! Very natural looking. I can't believe I waited so long to have it done. I'm very happy with my results and will continue to go there for all my cosmetic needs. - Thank You!
I see Julie here for injections and she's hands down the best. She's super honest and won't just fill you because you want it. She's super caring and explains everything. She wants to make sure you're happy but also that you're being practical and not over doing anything. Thanks Julie! You have a forever client! Office staff is also super nice and helpful. I have no complaints!
